The Supreme Court said it would hear the CBI's plea against the Kerala High Court order on July 27. The order from Kerala High Court had lifted the 60-day time limit on the anticipatory bail granted to former DGP Siby Mathews in a case relating to the alleged framing of scientist Nambi Narayanan in the 1994 ISRO espionage case.
